When Tosan interviewed at our company several years ago, it was for a position in customer support, and honestly, he would have been excellent in that role, but I believed he'd get bored quickly there and I saw in him an intelligence and curiosity that I felt would make him an excellent software tester on our QA team. I am proud to say that I was not wrong.

Tosan did not just look for, find, and report bugs in our software, but he has a keen desire to truly understand how things work, and to identify the root cause of the issues he finds and how they might affect the user experience. As such, he can easily communicate and explain complex issues at a technical level to our developers, and at the same time, communicate and explain in layman’s terms, the software’s complex features to our customer support personnel and end users.

Tosan has an excellent work ethic, very often learning with zeal, new technologies on his own time that could be put to use on our QA team. He is very detail-oriented, methodical, and possesses an unwavering tenacity when it comes to nailing the difficult-to-reproduce issues that might have easily gotten by a less skilled tester. Moreover, Tosan is never afraid to ask questions, which I appreciated because they very often led us to look at things in new ways, improving not only the code but the design of new features as well, which gave an overall better experience for our users.

If you have the opportunity to hire Tosan and he wants to work for you, don’t even hesitate! You will not regret your choice. He is one of the finest QA professionals I have had the privilege of working with in my 40 years in the industry.
