I had the pleasure of working with Tosan throughout my time as a developer on the WinZip team, where he progressed from a QA Specialist to a Senior QA Specialist. That promotion was well-earned – Tosan brought a sharp eye for detail and a genuine curiosity about the product.

He approached testing with care and thoughtfulness, often finding edge cases that would have otherwise been missed. He also stood out for his collaborative nature and eagerness to learn, frequently asking great questions about programming as he worked to expand his skill set.

Tosan’s mindset and growth orientation make him a strong asset to any team. I’d gladly work with him again, and any team should be lucky to have him on board.
