Donna Chambers - Professor of Critical Cultural Studies at Northumbria University

I originally met Tosan when he was studying for an Engineering degree at the University of Sunderland - he was at the time a key officer of the Sunderland Students' Union and was very passionate about improving the lives of students and on matters of equity and diversity. I found Tosan to be a very ambitious, thoughtful, resourceful and highly intelligent young man who was always thinking about ways in which he could make a difference and contribute to the wider society. He has great communication skills and can certainly put forward his point of view in a clear and convincing manner. I would certainly have no hesitation to employ him, as I am positive that he would make an invaluable contribution to any organization that is lucky enough to have him!!
